Bio

I'm a musician, currently freelancing while I figure out where to get my doctorate from. I speak Japanese and I'm interested in languages and asian cultures. I'm currently addicted to Japanese Visual Kei (a kind of underground rock). I'm playing in a couple different musical projects - an avante garde trio called The Spangle Maker, working with Latin Rock singer Boris Silva, and playing in Aziz Maraka's newly founded Arabic fusion project.
